Authorities say the crash happened at about 3 p.m. on eastbound Highway 36 near Rice Street when a Harley Davidson motorcycle collided with a stopped Hyundai Tucson.

According to the State Patrol, the Hyundai was stopped in the right lane due to traffic when the motorcycle, driven by 45-year-old Emilio Reyes Miller of Roseville, struck the vehicle. Miller was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, and authorities say alcohol was not involved.
