Two men were hospitalized late Thursday night after a stabbing inside a Minneapolis apartment.
Officers were called to the 900 block of 27th Avenue South around 10:55 p.m. and found two men in their 40s suffering from multiple stab wounds.
Both were treated by officers and taken by EMS to Hennepin Healthcare with potentially life-threatening injuries.
According to initial information, the stabbing happened after an argument escalated inside the apartment. A third man, also in his 40s, was taken into custody at the scene and booked into the Hennepin County Jail on suspicion of assault. He has not yet been identified.
Minneapolis Police Forensic Scientists processed the apartment and collected evidence as detectives worked to determine the sequence of events leading up to the attack.
