“As another life has been lost to senseless violence, our hearts go out to this man’s family and to everyone who is grieving,” Chief Brian O’Hara said in a statement.
“We recognize that this shooting comes after a number of violent incidents that have shaken our city. Every incident compounds the pain and anxiety that people in our community are feeling. We hear and we share the community’s frustration and grief, and we are committed to doing everything we possibly can to make Minneapolis safer for everyone,” O’Hara said.
