St. Paul Police Seek Bank Robbery Suspect

St. Paul police are asking for help from the public in identifying the man who walked into the TCF Bank on the 400 block of Lexington Pkwy. N., pulled out a gun and demanded money from staff.

Police say the incident happened around 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2021. The man robbed the bank and ran out of the building, though police did not specify what the man was able to steal.

Investigators since the robbery have been working with the FBI in apprehending the suspect, and on Thursday, April 1, released surveillance images to the public.

Witnesses say the man is around 20 years old, about 5’6”, with a neck tattoo that resembles a cloud or something similar. He was last seen running east across Lexington.
