SCANNER: Woodbury Crash Kills 1 Teen, Injures 4

Woodbury police are investigating after a single-vehicle crash killed one teenager and left four others injured shortly after 11 p.m. Saturday, March 13 on Settler's Ridge Pkwy. near Sundance Ln.

Authorities say the 2015 Honda Accord was severely damaged and split in half after striking a tree. One victim was ejected from the vehicle and the remaining four were extricated by responders.

The passenger that was ejected from the vehicle died of their injuries, authorities said, and the four other occupants were treated by EMS. All are either 16 or 17 years old.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation and the Minnesota State Patrol conducted a crash reconstruction at the scene.
