Robbinsdale police are seeking the public’s help in identifying two suspects wanted in connection with a strong-arm robbery.

According to the police department, the robbery occurred on Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2025, at approximately 12:35 p.m.

Officers were dispatched to the 4100 block of West Broadway after a report that two males had assaulted another male and stolen a shotgun he had just purchased. Police say the firearm was still in the box at the time it was taken.

Responding officers arrived shortly after the call came in, but the suspects were no longer in the area. Despite an immediate search of the surroundings, the two suspects were not located.

Investigators have since obtained high-quality photographs of both suspects. The photos, which were taken the same day as the robbery, clearly depict the individuals police are seeking to identify. The department did not specify how the images were captured but confirmed they are connected to the case.

Police have not released further details about the victim’s condition or whether any other property was taken in the assault. The stolen firearm has not been recovered and investigators continue to follow up on leads.

As the case remains open, the Robbinsdale Police Department is asking anyone who recognizes the suspects or has information that may help identify them to contact CrimeStoppers of Minnesota at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). Tips can be submitted anonymously, and anyone whose information leads to the arrest and conviction of the suspects may be eligible for a cash reward.
