Officers responded just before 9:30 a.m. on Sunday to reports of gunfire in the 2700 block of 14th Street South in Moorhead. They found a man lying in a driveway with a gunshot wound to the head.

The vehicle’s owner told officers that someone had stolen her jacket—containing the key to her 2021 Honda CR-V—while she played pickleball. When she returned to the lot, the vehicle was gone.

Officers were dispatched at 8:48 p.m. on April 11 to a residence near Thompson Avenue and 12th Avenue North after the caller—later identified as 36-year-old Jacob John Audie—told dispatchers he just shot his roommate.

Joshua A. Seeman is charged with two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct, all involving alleged penetration or sexual contact with children under the age of 14.

According to a criminal complaint filed in Hennepin County this week, Jamie Morrow-Castizo, 39, is charged with possessing and transporting unstamped gambling devices.

A passenger, identified as Diane Mabel Whiteley, 75, also of Richfield, suffered life-threatening injuries in the crash, the Patrol said. She was transported to North Memorial and was wearing a seat belt at the time.

When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. Life-saving efforts were attempted, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene, Moorhead PD confirms.

When officers arrived, they found two children who had managed to exit the home safely and without injuries. After entering the residence, police discovered two deceased adults.

The motorcyclist—who was the sole occupant—was ejected upon impact. Bystanders tried to provide lifesaving aid before first responders arrived, but he was ultimately pronounced dead.

When emergency crews arrived, they found a vehicle that had gone off the road and caught fire. Other passing drivers stopped to help and were able to pull both occupants from the burning vehicle.

South St. Paul police found an adult male inside the residence who had an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene and has not yet been identified.

The Sherburne County Sheriff’s Office says the incident began just after 9 p.m. on Wednesday, April 9, after multiple 911 callers reported a wrong-way driver heading westbound in the eastbound lanes of Highway 10.

The suspect fled at the Pembina border crossing and the pursuit ensued, quickly escalating as he crossed into Minnesota, winding through multiple counties.

A rescue group removed 78 more cats from the property, with several of the animals showing signs of severe neglect, including painful eye infections and untreated dental disease.

Authorities responded immediately, coordinating efforts across several agencies. The man was located and taken back into custody approximately one mile from the facility at 3:11 a.m.

Emergency personnel discovered an elderly woman lying unresponsive in the roadway with severe injuries. She was later pronounced dead from blunt-force trauma sustained in the incident.

The incident began around 10:15 p.m. on April 8, 2025, when a Minnetonka officer on patrol observed a driver making several traffic violations in the area of I-394 and Hopkins Crossroad.

A Chaska officer saw the suspect on the wrong side of the road, then pulling into an Arby’s drive thru and ordering food. He then fled over a curb and the pursuit ensued.

Emergency personnel responded to the crash around 2:06 p.m. near 269th Avenue Northeast and Tucker Trail Northeast in Athens Township.

Ground units had discontinued the pursuit before the crash occurred, but a Minnesota State Patrol helicopter continued tracking the suspect vehicle from above.
