Saint Paul police say a man was fatally shot near the intersection of Jackson St. and Wheelock Pkwy. on Monday night.
Officers were dispatched to the area just before 9:30 p.m. on October 14 after a 911 caller reported that a man had been shot. Upon arrival, officers found an adult male lying on the ground with gunshot wounds.
