SCANNER: Brother Fatally Shoots Sister Inside Chanhassen, Minn., Home
A 21-year-old man was arrested Saturday, May 8 after allegedly shooting his 25-year-old sister inside their family's Chanhassen, Minn., home.
Police were called around 2:20 p.m. to the 3700 block of Landings Dr. and found the woman dead at the scene. The man fled the scene on foot but was arrested a short time later without incident nearby.
The 21-year-old man was being held in the Carver County Jail without bail on a pending charge of 1st-degree murder. MN CRIME has requested the man’s booking photo and further updates will be available once court documents are filed.
