Eagan Massage Therapist Accused of Sexually Assaulting Multiple Clients

Authorities are searching for more potential victims after a massage therapist was charged with sexually assaulting multiple clients at his Eagan business.

Johnny Le, 32, of Richfield, was charged March 3 with third-degree criminal sexual conduct in Dakota County.

Prosecutors say this is the third criminal case filed against Le for alleged sexual misconduct involving massage clients at his business, JLe Massage Therapy, just south of Cliff Road and Nicols Road in Eagan.

According to the most recently filed criminal complaint, the victim told police she scheduled an appointment with Le on Dec. 20, 2024. During the massage, Le allegedly touched her inappropriately, performed sexual acts without consent and engaged in non-consensual intercourse. The victim reported the assault to law enforcement immediately afterward and a sexual assault nurse examination was conducted, with DNA collected from the victim later matched to Le.

Court records show Le is already facing two other pending cases involving similar allegations. In one case, filed in June 2024, a client reported that Le groped her during a massage, leading to a charge of fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct, a gross misdemeanor. Another case, filed in Feb. 2025, involved a different victim who accused Le of nonconsensual sexual contact during a session, resulting in a charge of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, a felony. The most recent case, filed in early March 2025, led to the most serious charge of third-degree criminal sexual conduct due to alleged sexual penetration.

Le made court appearances for the two previous cases before being released on bail. In the first case, filed in July 2024, he was released on his own recognizance with conditions. The second case, which was filed in Feb. 2025, resulted in his release on $25,000 bail with conditions, including a prohibition on performing massage-related activities while the case is pending.

Prosecutors say Le's pattern of behavior and the ongoing cases prompted them to seek potential additional victims. Anyone with information or who has experienced similar incidents is encouraged the Eagan Police Department at 651-675-5763.

Le faces up to 15 years for third-degree criminal sexual conduct, 10 years for fourth-degree and up to one year in prison for the gross misdemeanor fifth-degree charge.
