Man Charged After White Bear Lake Fire Injures 1
A man is charged with a felony after allegedly causing a fire at a White Bear Lake four-plex that critically injured a woman who was unable to escape the residence late Saturday night. 45-year-old Christian Thomas Dahm, of White Bear Lake, is charged with one felony count of negligent fires causing great bodily harm. The charge carries a possible sentence of up to five years in prison.

One of three children who were hospitalized following a Cannon Falls apartment fire has died of her injuries. 10-month-old Seqouyah Kelleymae Johnson died early Friday morning at Hennepin Healthcare in Minneapolis, according to a media release from the medical examiner’s office. The cause of her death was listed as smoke inhalation.
Man Jumps to Safety From Burning Home Near Cook
The St. Louis County Sheriff's Office says two people were able to escape a house fire early Thursday morning, with one of the residents jumping from a 2nd-story window. Emergency crews were dispatched to the 9900 block of Highway 22 in Alango Township, which is south of Cook. Dispatch received a 911 call from a resident saying there was smoke coming from the upstairs bedroom, where her nephew had been staying.

Firefighters arrived and found half of a structure fully-involved and threatening other nearby structures. MAPLEWOOD—Firefighters responded to a structure fire in a townhome on the 2800 block of Southlawn Dr. just after 3 p.m. on Saturday afternoon. Crews arrived and encountered heavy fire in one unit of a three-unit townhome building and began working to extinguish the blaze. The fire ultimately affected all three units.
Woman Found Dead After Apartment Fire in North St. Paul; Suspect Arrested
A woman was found dead and a man was taken into custody after fire crews responded to an apartment building on fire on the 2200 block of South Ave. E. just after 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 25. Firefighters extinguished the fire and investigators discovered the woman’s remains inside the apartment.
