Authorities in Duluth are investigating the deaths of five people—including two juveniles—found in two separate residences in the West Duluth neighborhood Thursday.

Duluth Police arrested a man who climbed the WDIO-TV broadcast tower on Observation Road, allegedly disrupting essential communication lines.

Saint Louis County authorities have taken a man into custody on a 3rd-degree murder charge after a woman’s fatal overdose last year. Cordaro Demario Ware, 32, is being held at the St. Louis County Jail awaiting a court appearance.
