Four Charged in North St. Paul Shooting Homicide

Formal charges filed against four people allegedly involved in a fatal North St. Paul shooting reveal that the 24-year-old victim was 3D-printing “ghost guns” and the suspects dropped two bags of firearms as they fled the murder scene. According to court documents, at around 6:13 p.m. on Monday, June 19, officers were sent to the apartment building on the 2100 block of McKnight Rd. N. for a report of a male with a handgun near one of the apartment units.

2 Dead After Airplane Crashes in Woods Near Duluth

Crews were called to the 8300 block of Pequaywan Lake Road, about 25 miles north of Duluth in an unorganized township after the US Air Force received an aircraft beacon alarm. A spotter plane in the area observed possible wreckage on the ground and guided deputies to the location. Upon arrival, deputies found both the pilot and the passenger deceased.

The driver of a Dodge Ram 1500 pickup died after crashing head-on into a FedEx Freightliner semi on Interstate 94 early Saturday morning in Afton, authorities say.
